Q? – HOW DO YOU GET ON THE WAITING LIST?

A. – If our camp is full when you go to register, simply fill out the online registration and pay your $25 deposit and that will automatically put you on the waiting list. The deposit is usually non-refundable but in this case it will be refunded if your child does not get in. We usually have a handful of campers who have to cancel throughout the year so we are often able to accept campers on the waiting list.

Q? – WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A. – We will refund your $25 deposit only if you apply and there are no more openings. If you have registered and then cancel, your $25 deposit goes into our scholarship fund to help those with needs to be able to attend.

Any additional payments (above the $25 deposit) will be refunded if the camper cancels before May 15th. If a cancellation occurs after that time, all payments are forfeited and put in our scholarship fund.

Q? – DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

A. – Sorry, but our rates are already steeply discounted (about one 1/2 the normal summer camp rate).
